Gena Windstarr

Effective immediately, the moderation staff will be enforcing a Non-Interaction Truce between Gena Windstarr and Drago Ravenwolfe. This truce will remain in place until the moderation staff sees fit to remove it.

For the purposes of this non-interaction agreement,

- Party shall be defined as Gena or Drago, and their respective alts.

- Freeze shall be defined as an account deactivation for the time the freeze is in effect. The affected party will not be able to log-in to the Abyss during that time.

Terms:

- No hitting, no biting, no robbing, and no healing by either party of the other party.

- No in-city messages are to be left by one party for the other party. Nor may one party leave messages for the people in the same square as the other party that directly or indirectly reference the other party.

- No healing anyone actively hitting or who has hit either party or their respective alts within 48 hours of last hit/attempt.

- No duels between members of either party may take place unless a mod is present and then only in a tournament situation.

- No PMs shall be exchanged by either party. This excludes PMs sent to members of the moderation staff that are related to moderation issues and those items that need to be brought to a moderator's attention. Also excluded are peaceful PMs involved exclusively in the operation of City Wide Events, inappropriate IMs even if regarding these events are still not allowed

- No Forum Hostilities are to occur between parties. There is a report button, it should be used if you deem the other party is being hostile.

- Neither party may contract with another person or group to attack, bite, rob the other side. Contracting will be considered the direct or indirect asking and/or hiring of another to perform such actions as deemed in violation of this truce, paid and unpaid.

- When in doubt of the appropriateness of an action, post or PM, check with a member of the moderation staff before executing it.

Any party that feels the other party has violated the non-interaction agreement should notify a member of the moderation staff. There should be no attempt by either party to rectify the situation on their own.

- For forum violations, the post in question should be reported using the Report Button, preferably with a note indicating why it's being reported.

- For PM violations, forward the PM, including headers, to someone on the moderation staff.

- For In-city violations, report the action by clicking the report link and then PMing a member of the moderation team.

If the moderation staff finds that there was indeed a violation of the Non-Interaction Truce, punishments will be handed out.

- First offense: One additional warning on top of those handed out normally in similar situations*. Punishment as normal for the offense if it breaks other rules. Two day freeze of all accounts.

- Second offense: One additional warning on top of those handed out normally in similar situations*. Punishment as normal for the offense if it breaks other rules. If the offense was PM based, PM privileges will be removed. For in-city offenses, the character in question will be deleted. One week freeze of all accounts.

- Third offense: One additional warning on top of those handed out normally in similar situations*. Punishment as normal for the offense if it breaks other rules. If the offense was PM based, PM privileges will be removed. For in-city offenses, the character in question will be deleted. One month freeze of all accounts.

- Fourth offense: Ban from Abyss.

All parties will be supplied with a list of alts included in this Truce.

- The parties must hold to all terms of the Truce when dealing with those alts that are on the list.

- Any alts not on this list may not violate the Truce agreement when interacting with anyone on the list. An unlisted alt violating the Truce agreement will result in punishment.

- By not placing an alt on the list, you agree that that alt is subject to negative interactions from the other party. These interactions will not be deemed a violation of the Truce.

- Alts can be added to the list at anytime.

- The alt list given to each party is for that party's own use to intelligently follow the truce and may not be given to any outside group/person nor be used for any purposes other than those dictated.

The moderation team may at any time, with notice to both parties, amend the Truce.

*EX: Flamebaiting post towards the other party would get you 1 warning if the Truce was not in place. With it in place, you'd get 2 for the same post.

-A full list (yes, all of them. Only for moderator use) of all your alts.
-A list of the alts you wish to divulge to the other party.

Please note that if you do not divulge all your alts and interaction occurs between alts not listed, there will be no moderator interference. If they aren't listed, they aren't covered.

Daman sent me a copy of this im from medea concerning this. I advise all my family to read this and to avoid his ppl at all costs and report anything. It seems its not just ment for me and him alone. Watch carefully how you tread. Watch carefully what he / they say and do. I honestly fear he may try and get to me and goad me into breaking this treaty by trying to get to those i love. DONT TRUST DRAGO/ HIS ALTS OR ANYONE IN THE NeN family. DONT put anything past him, hes been stalking me and much of it crossing between ic and ooc ever sense his character severed mine.

Please note that the non-interaction agreement that was previously player-enforced between Gena + TotF and Drago + NeN broke down, so it's now being mod-enforced. Kindly refrain from any further interaction with the opposing party.

This includes direct contact in-city, oblique references in posts, interactions with known alts of the opposing party, etc. Even if you don't name any specific names, if there's any chance they might read your post and realize who you're referring to, don't do it.

The previous NIA has been mired in confusion and is clearly not working. Therefore, from this moment forwards (10:43AM AWDST) it has been removed.

A new NIA is being enforced in it's place. However, this requires consoltation with the parties involved and may take several days to enact.

In it's place, there is a transitional agreement. The terms are as such:

The players behind the characters Gena Windstarr and Drago Ravenwolfe are not to interact in any way. This includes any grid interactions (hitting, biting, stealing, leaving messages, trading or healing), any mentions or references on boards, or any posting in any IC or OOC thread started by the other. Clan threads are off limits. You may post in the same thread if it is neutral (eg, comunity threads, S&G etc) but not in responce to the other. This doesn't mean you can't post after them, just that you cannot answer their question etc.

Any issues or possible breaches are to be reported to me. Don't just report them, because I can't see board reports. Don't whinge about mods not doing anything. Just come and rant at me.

As for everyone else: anyone who associates with Drago is to leave Gena alone. Anyone who associates with Gena is to leave Drago alone. Essentially, everyone has a NIA with these two but without having one with everybody in the previous lists.

Again, any rants, complaints or issues are to be reported to me.

I repeat, this is a temporary and prototype agreement, that will be modified as needed once I have heard everyone's said of the story. And I will be hitting those who breach it with my mod weapon.
